Terms and Conditions
These General Sale Conditions (called “General Conditions”), govern the relationship between grigolettofilati.com customers (called “Customer”) and Grigoletto Filati snc company based in Via N. Sauro n . 462, – 51100 Pistoia – Italy, VAT and Tax Code 01002530473, registered in the Registry of the Court of Pistoia under No. 110662 (called “Grigoletto Filati”).
These General Conditions are the only ones to be applied and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express written consent. Grigoletto Filati may be under an obligation to amend some of these provisions; We therefore suggest customers to read the General Conditions when visit grigolettofilati.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). The validation of the order will have an acceptance of the General Conditions, with no appeal possible.
By accessing the site, customers undertake to respect the General Terms and Conditions of Use detailed on it.
2.Execute an order
To execute an order on the Site Customers have 4 different possibilities:

An e-mail for the order will be sent to customers to confirm the registration of the same.
3. Product information
Due the possible variations of the proposed products, images and descriptions are indicative. Grigoletto Filati however, will always look to update the site, and inform customers about the changes occurred.
The sale prices listed on the site do not include delivery costs. The delivery costs are always charged to the customer and are billed at the end of the order in addition to the selected products. Grigoletto Filati reserves the right to change prices at any time, but is equally committed to apply the prices indicated on the site at the time of order.
The customer orders are fulfilled within the availability quantity per products. If some product ordered is not available, Grigoletto Filati will contact customers via e-mail within 15 days from the order date to informing on delivery terms. If the ordered products won’t be not more available, Grigoletto Filati will offer to customer an item equivalent for quality or price. In case of refusal by the customer, Grigoletto Filati will refund the unavailable product.
6. Delivery methods
Grigoletto Filati uses, for all deliveries a courier. Delivery times are from 24 to 72 hours, from the shipping date also depending on different countries. Please, consider that couriers move parcels only during working days; so, for a product ordered, for example, on a Saturday afternoon, you will have to consider, if the product is available, 24/72 hours from Monday morning. Grigoletto Filati can not be considered responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery, for loss or damages caused by the courier. If the order has not been delivered on scheduled terms, Grigoletto Filati may, at the request of customers, investigate about the reasons for the delay. During this period (about 15 days) we will not be able to refund or to arrange a new shipment for the order.
What to do at the moment of delivery:
1. Verify the integrity of the package.
2. If the parcel and /or the goods have been damaged, we invite our customer to accept the delivery writing on the courier waybill “I agree with detailed reserved” specifying with a detailed description the visible damage outside the box (example: “wet neck”, “open collar”, etc.) followed by the courier signature. Within 48 hours, please send an email to email@example.com describing the incident and indicating the shipping references. Otherwise, any request for reimbursement relating damages will be automatically rejected.
3. If no problems are found, accept delivery.
If products have to be returned by the customer, they will have send back those items within 48 hours from delivery date, at the following address: Grigoletto Filati snc, Via N. Sauro n. 462, 51100 PISTOIA, Italy. Costs relating to the shipment shall be refunded by Grigoletto Filati if goods are defective when delivered. Otherwise, the return costs are at customer charge.
Grigoletto Filati informs that further 24 hour delay on delivery may still occur if, for security reasons, Grigoletto Filati requires an additional verification of the customer’s bank details.
Additional informations maybe required to customers to definitively validate the purchase.
To enable Grigoletto Filati to contact customers in case of necessity, they are begged to point out :
– a valid e-mail address,
– a landline phone number.
We are aware of the inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but these measures have been taken to protect transactions from fraud to the detriment of the customers.
7. Safe payments
Please note that, in case there are suspicions of fraud relating to a specific payment, this may be canceled without notice.
Grigoletto Filati offers to its customers various payments: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Diners Club International) using Stripe system and bank transfer
8. Right of withdrawal. Money Back
Sales via Internet are governed by Decree Law no. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is done outside of business premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenses incurred.
This right is reserved exclusively to consumers, but it can not be applied to companies or individuals acting for purposes relating their professional activity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent within 14 working days from receipt of goods, the items for which customer wants to exercise this right. The return costs of the product are at customer charge.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable, if the returned item is not intact, due:
- the product has been used
- the product is damaged due other reasons than transportation.
The indicated period of 14 days is counted from the date of delivery of the order. Grigolettofilati.com will refund the goods within 30 business days following the shipment of goods by the customer and anyway not before the receipt of goods.
Grigolettofilati.com consequently will reject any product not well packaged, as well as products for which they have not been already paid by the customer the cost of returning.
9. Return of products
There will be accepted only products not damaged or used, returned at Grigoletto Filati snc. Remember: shipping costs must be at customer charge.
10. Disputes and responsibilities
Grigoletto Filati will not responsible anytime. for damages depending on misuse of products sold on the site. For this reason, we invite customers to contact Grigoletto Filati for more informations about possible specific uses of materials.
11. Comments, critics, communications
All opinions sent to Grigoletto Filati are monitored and moderated by Grigoletto Filati marketing. If some opinions are contrary to law or morality (abusive publicity, defamatory intentions, insults, improper comments …) Grigoletto Filati reserves the right to reject or modify the opinion.

Your data can be modified on request. Some promotional e-mails containing offers, some exclusivity or some news will be sent to customes. Customers have the possibility to unsubscribe from those above e-mails.
Grigoletto Filati is the only one company to hold the personal data of its customers. Only Grigoletto Filati is authorized to send promotional e-mails to customers.
13. Intellectual property
The totality of the content of the website grigolettofilati.com (illustrations, texts, descriptions, brands, images, videos) are property of Grigoletto Filati. All reproductions, partial or total, of the contents of the site, by any process and on any media, must be subject to prior and express authorization of Grigoletto Filati.
